2. Employees of Shut Up And Travel!™ (“Sponsor”) and its affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members of each are ineligible.
How To Enter
1. Eligibility: For a donation of $25 or more your name will be entered in the drawing. Donation must be made by CASH, personal CHECK or U.S. Postmaster MONEY ORDER as instructed in the BIO page of this website. Only one entry per donation per entrant. In the event of a dispute, Sponsor will deem each entry to have been submitted by the holder from which it was sent.
2. Contest begins January 15, 2010, and ends at 5:00pm, May 15, 2010. To enter beginning at 5:00am, January 15, 2010, mail your CHECK or U.S. Postmaster MONEY ORDER to DOWN UNDER SPORTS, c/o Anna R. Wells, P. O. Box 1310, Richmond, CA 94802-0310. Receipt of such will be determined by the post mark date on envelope. Entrants must provide their full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address when entering contest. Any entrant’s personal CHECK marked “insufficient funds” or is returned by entrant’s bank for any other reason forfeits entry into this contest. Entrant with “insufficient funds” must then enter by U.S. Postmaster MONEY ORDER or CASH. Again, all entries must be received before 5:00pm May 15, 2010.

CRUISE ONLY FARE for one (1) berth Passage in an Inside cabin, Category KK, on the Norwegian EPIC cruise ship sailing October 9, 2010. Cabin is double occupancy and winner is responsible for bringing and/or paying for their own companion. Government taxes, air fare, port taxes, fuel surcharges (if any), travel protection insurance, hotel, hotel taxes, and ground transportation are at the winner’s expense. Onboard service charges are additional and are the responsibility of the winner and his/her companion. These onboard service charges will be automatically added to your onboard account and is subject to your discretion. Prizes supplied by: SHUT UP AND TRAVEL!™
3. Winner will be notified by phone on Monday, May 17, 2010, at 9:00am. Five (5) attempts will be made to contact the winner. If the winner can’t be reached, or does not respond to the attempted contact within 24 hours the winner will forfeit the prize, and the prize will become null and void. Winner will be required to sign, complete, and return a Certificate of Eligibility and Release when they pick up the prize or they will be disqualified.
4. Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission to use winner’s name, hometown, likeness, and photographs for on-line posting, and/or any advertising and publicity without additional compensation.
